Your documents
PDF Toolkit processes every file on your own computer. Your PDFs, images and signatures are never uploaded to us or to anyone else, and we cannot see them.
What the app sends
To check a license, the app contacts our license server and sends the license key, an anonymous device identifier generated on your computer and the app version. The server records the activation, the time of each check and the IP address it came from, so that license seats can be managed and misuse detected.
The free trial does not need a license check.
What we don't do
We do not sell data, show ads, or include advertising or tracking libraries in the app.
This website
The website does not use tracking or advertising cookies. Our web server keeps standard access logs (such as IP address and pages requested) for security and reliability.
Your choices
You can deactivate a device at any time from About → Deactivate this device. To ask for your license records to be removed, contact us through the Contact page.
